Why are you in Prague?
Prague was the best site for my major and offered a really good program. I also liked that it was in a central location and easy to travel to other places. I had heard it was really beautiful, too.

Since you arrived in Prague, what has totally freaked you out?
Getting lost by myself because I won’t know how to ask directions.

Briefly describe your publishing experience?
I worked for my high school newspaper and then I recently had a clip published in the Village Voice about a snuggy pub.

What are a few of your favorite websites and podcasts?
I love the New York Times online, the Onion, and AOL News.

What’s your dream job?
I want to go to grad school eventually to become an archaeologist, but before that I would love to do Americorps in South America.

What languages do you speak?
I know Spanish very well because it is my minor. I also speak a little Kannada, which is spoken in India. I am also taking Czech right now.

Where do you plan to travel this semester?
Spain, Morocco, Granada (at the southern tip of Spain), and Greece.

What is something that you are irrationally enthusiastic about?
My sweet tooth — mostly chocolate!

I have a huge family but only three of them have Facebook!

How to say “I have to go to the bathroom” in Spanish.
