Ann Perepezko
Ann Perepezko is undecided. She’s dabbled in four languages and several career options, and still isn’t sure where she’ll end up. She’s tried German, French, Russian, and now Czech — leaving her with varying degrees restaurant and public transit proficiency. She’s a self-proclaimed news addict with plans to attach a journalism minor to her social work major. She doesn’t plan to go into social work, but figures the major will be a good background for helping people, which is the broader goal, professionally.
She is partial to the triceratops over other dinosaurs, has an irrational obsession with The Office, and can always find the best cheese curd — “the squeakier the better!” She came to Prague for the journalism classes and will leave with a newfound appreciation for the volume of New York nights. Prague nights are too quiet, Perepezko says. “I had trouble sleeping the first night.”
